The GDA-FR (Gas Detector Array – First Response) is a portable chemical detector designed to identify a wide range of hazardous gases and vapors within seconds. Developed specifically for first responders, the GDA-FR combines multiple sensor technologies to provide rapid, reliable and accurate identification of Toxic Industrial Compounds (TICs) and Chemical Warfare Agents (CWAs) – even at low concentration levels (ppm to ppb).

Its hybrid sensor array includes Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS), Photoionization Detection (PID), Metal Oxide Sensors (MOS) and Electrochemical Cell (EC). This combination enhances selectivity and enables the detection of both known and unknown substances without requiring pre-selection of the target gas.

Thanks to intuitive operation, robust design and fast response time, the GDA-FR is ideally suited for emergency response, public event protection and industrial safety monitoring. The instrument is ready for use at any time and offers both standalone and PC-connected operation. Data can be stored and analyzed offline.
