Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly, and regulatory precise technical documentation tailored to target audiences (e.g., operating instructions, user manuals, assembly and installation guides, design and production documentation, repair instructions, safety and protection guidelines, device and system descriptions, training materials, online help, and web-based content)
  • Plan and manage documentation in alignment with product management
  • Collect, evaluate, and structure relevant technical information from stakeholders
  • Prepare and structure internal documentation in close collaboration with the Development team and within the context of customer projects

Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Profound experience in technical writing, content development
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and present them in a clear and target audience-oriented manner
  • Ability to familiarize yourself with relevant legal requirements and standards for technical documentation
  • High level of independence, commitment, and attention to detail
  • Team player with flexibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good command of German and English
