Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy and planning, including coordination, management of stakeholders such as sales application and product development
  • Build and maintain sales pipelines to support international sales teams
  • Own the product lifecycle and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Plan, manage, and take ownership of budgets and pricing strategies, and define revenue forecasts and sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis, including evaluation of national and international competitors, markets, and target regions, as well as related customer visits
  • Define technical requirements for product development based on market and customer needs, incorporating feedback from the market and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for all product related documents such as technical documentation, product manuals, and compliance certifications
  • Provide technical support to key accounts within the analytics product portfolio that go beyond sales communication

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in product management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in team leadership
  • Strong customer orientation, high level of commitment, teamwork, flexibility, and ability to work independently
  • Strong assertiveness, communication skills, and negotiation capabilities
  • Results-driven with a structured and reliable working style and strong execution skills
  • Solution-oriented, reliable, and service-focused mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Worldwide travel competence
