Responsibilities

  • Demand planning in close coordination with internal interfaces
  • Procurement of production materials in accordance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Supplier management to optimize procurement processes and supply channels
  • Maintenance and monitoring of inventory levels to reduce tied-up capital
  • Cost control and definition of optimal ordering times and cycles
  • Contract management and monitoring of compliance with agreed conditions and targets

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • High level of independence, commitment, teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • High level of dedication as well as strong initiative and creativity
  • Strong interest in process-oriented tasks
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
