近年频繁有客户反馈有公司自称是德国AIRSENSE公司技术相关公司以同AIRSENSE公司相似的英文LOGO或中文谐音名称，推广销售同AIRSENSE公司所生产的电子鼻恶臭监测仪相类似的产品，造成很多客户对产品的混淆和迷惑，为保护客户和AIRSENSE公司合法的权益，避免此类产品混淆的事情的重复发生，现就相关事宜声明如下：

Firstly, regarding electronic nose odor monitoring equipment, Beijing Yingsheng Hengtai Technology Co., Ltd. (ENSOUL TECHNOLOGY LTD.) is our company's only partner in the Chinese market to promote and sell our products and provide related services, including localized complete monitoring System integration. Our company has not transferred products and technologies to other third-party companies, nor has it entrusted companies other than our company and its holding subsidiaries to manufacture products.

Secondly, 上海埃茵森科技有限公司, 北京艾森泰科科技有限责任公司, AirinsenTech, Airinsentech GmbH and other companies with similar names are in no way affiliated with our company and also have no relevant technical cooperation similar to our company have nothing to do with our company.
2、上海埃茵森科技有限公司、北京艾森泰科科技有限责任公司、AirinsenTech、Airinsentech GmbH等名称信息的公司均与我公司没有任何关联，也没有任何的相关技术合作，其推广销售的任何与我公司相近似的产品，均与我公司无关。
