In February 2014 a couple of our „GDA - First Response“ instruments were on duty at the Black Sea for the Olympic Winter Games.

The „Gas Detector Array“ is a mobile system for the detection of hazardous chemical substances. Toxic industrial compounds and chemical warfare agents in particular are detected by the device within seconds. The early warning system of the GDA is able to detect toxic gases and warn the user at a very early stage.

A couple of months before the Olympic Winter Games, security forces were trained by our employees in the proper use of the "GDA – First Response", and were thus able to guarantee the highest level of safety.

Now the Winter Games are over, the devices can be used in other applications, for example by fire departments. In major industrial fires particularly, toxic gases may leak, but the "GDA – First Response" can detect them.
